摘要

不明确“音乐审美素质”的具体内涵，就无法清晰、有效地在国家音乐教育体系中落实音乐审美素质教育，而目前国民音乐教育体系比较混乱的核心原因正在于此。音乐审美素质是由欣赏、表演、创作三种能力与审美需要、相关知识及价值态度三种周边支持构成的。在目前的音乐教育中，既存在着施教过度，又存在着教育严重不足的现象。一个良好的国家音乐教育体系结构和层次，体现在能为从普通国民到专业音乐工作者都提供必要而充分的教育，过多或过少都是有缺陷的。
