1. The Journal warmly welcomes original academic papers at all times. Our aspiration is to explore uncharted territories in music through the Journal of the Central Conservatory of Music. To this end, all published papers must timely bring readers new perspectives, new phenomena, new laws, new facts, new materials, new methodologies and more. Therefore, all submissions must be unpublished and have not been released on any platform beforehand.

2. The Journal never authorizes any individuals or organizations outside the Editorial Office to solicit manuscripts from the public. All submissions must be submitted via the Journal’s exclusive online submission system or official email. Any other manuscript submission channels, as well as emails or online links claiming "manuscript submission assistance", "manuscript transfer" or "express review channel", have no connection with the Journal of the Central Conservatory of Music. All readers and authors are kindly reminded to stay vigilant and not to trust any false promotions or promises.

3. The Journal strictly abides by the Measures for the Funding and Administration of Academic Journals Supported by the National Social Science Fund issued by the National Office of Philosophy and Social Sciences, as well as relevant national laws and regulations. We will never charge any fees of any kind (including page fees, review fees, publication fees, etc.) from anyone in any form. Any act of collecting fees in the name of our Journal is suspected of violating laws and disciplines. Please report such incidents immediately if encountered.

4. The Journal strictly implements the "three-review and three-proofreading" system, and conducts manuscript review, appraisal and editing in strict accordance with publishing standards. Unless the author issues a special written statement, the submission will be deemed as the author’s consent to the Journal’s right to make revisions in line with publishing laws, regulations, standards and industry practices.

5. Manuscripts that fail to meet the Journal’s publication requirements will not be accepted, and no separate notification will be sent to the authors. Generally, if no reply is received from the Editorial Office within four months from the date of submission, authors may dispose of their manuscripts at their own discretion. Authors may contact the Editorial Office for confirmation if necessary. The Editorial Office will not provide review comments or revision suggestions for rejected manuscripts.

6. The officially published version shall serve as the final authoritative version for all electronic editions of the Journal’s papers. The Editorial Office is unable to provide any other versions of the papers.

7. Only manuscripts confirmed for publication by the Editorial Office will be issued the Journal’s “Acceptance Notice”. Thus, the “Acceptance Notice” of our Journal stamped with the official seal of the Editorial Office shall be regarded as formal confirmation that the manuscript is definitely to be published.

8. This Journal will not accept content generated by generative artificial intelligence tools (including but not limited to large language models and other such tools) (AIGC). Authors shall bear full responsibility for the authenticity, originality, and academic standardization of the content of their papers.

The content of the above announcement shall be adjusted dynamically in a timely manner and published via the official website and WeChat Official Account of the Journal. The final interpretation right of this announcement shall be reserved by the Editorial Office of Journal of the Central Conservatory of Music .
