Soundeffect mimicry is a significant creative concept derived from QIN Wenchen's works.In his The Sun Shadow IV for solo guzheng ,the composer employs sound effect materialsto “sketch” the objective state of things through the ideas of “impressionistic sound effect” and “realistic sound effect”.This anthropomorphized writing imbues the piece with warmth,structuring it with a “long-shot” narrative style and emotional logic.This paper provides a detailed analytical interpretation on exploring path of The Sun Shadow IV from the perspective of sound effect mimicry, examining the composer's creative concepts and uncovering the intricate structure and ideas within the work.
